apartments, all furnished with care in quiet and very central balcony on the old
walls of Riva.
Included: bad and table linen, bath linen, electricity, water, heating,
TV, hair dryer, use a washing machine,
bicycle storage, taxes, final cleaning.
Children under 3 years old don't pay. Cot at you request.
Smoking in
the apartments is not allowed.
We accept small pets only on request.
Special permission for parking in the on-payment streets of the town 5 day.
A deposit of 100.00 is requested upon arrival.
No credit card .
Arrival: from 15.00 p.m. till 18.00 p.m. / Departure: apartments must be vacated
by 10.00 a.m.
